Vielen Dank, dass Sie LuettelGo nutzen! Der Schutz Ihrer Privatsphäre ist uns sehr wichtig. Diese Datenschutzerklärung soll Ihnen transparent darlegen, wie LuettelGo mit Ihren Daten umgeht.

1. Grundsatz der Datensparsamkeit

LuettelGo wurde unter dem Grundsatz der Datensparsamkeit entwickelt. Dies bedeutet, dass die App keinerlei personenbezogene Daten von Ihnen erhebt, speichert oder verarbeitet. Falls den optionalen Push-Mitteilungen zugestimmt wird, so wird eine Geräte-ID nur zu diesem Zweck gespeichert und verwendet.

2. Nutzung von Kartendiensten (Google Maps SDK / Apple Maps SDK)

LuettelGo bindet zur Darstellung von Karteninhalten die Software Development Kits (SDKs) von Google Maps (auf Android-Geräten) bzw. Apple Maps (auf iOS-Geräten) ein.

  • Google Maps SDK: Bei der Nutzung der Kartenfunktion auf Android-Geräten gelten die Nutzungsbedingungen und Datenschutzbestimmungen von Google. Google kann dabei unter Umständen Daten über Ihre Nutzung der Kartenfunktion (z.B. IP-Adresse) verarbeiten, um die Kartendienste bereitzustellen und zu verbessern.   • Apple Maps SDK: Bei der Nutzung der Kartenfunktion auf iOS-Geräten gelten die Nutzungsbedingungen und Datenschutzbestimmungen von Apple. Apple kann dabei unter Umständen Daten über Ihre Nutzung der Kartenfunktion verarbeiten, um die Kartendienste bereitzustellen und zu verbessern. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir keinen Einfluss auf die Datenerhebung und -verarbeitung durch Google oder Apple haben.

3. Standortbestimmung (Optional)

LuettelGo bietet Ihnen die optionale Möglichkeit, Ihren aktuellen Standort mittels GPS auf der Karte anzuzeigen. Diese Funktion dient ausschließlich Ihrer Orientierung innerhalb der App.

  • Keine Speicherung oder Übertragung: Ihr aktueller Standort, der über GPS ermittelt wird, wird weder von LuettelGo gespeichert, noch an uns oder Dritte übermittelt. Die Standortdaten werden lediglich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät verarbeitet, um sie Ihnen in der Kartenansicht darzustellen. Sobald Sie die App schließen oder die Standortfunktion deaktivieren, werden diese Daten verworfen.
  • Ihre Kontrolle: Sie haben jederzeit die volle Kontrolle über die Standortdienste Ihres Geräts und können diese in den Einstellungen Ihres Smartphones aktivieren oder deaktivieren.

4. Abruf von Informationen aus einer API

LuettelGo liest Informationen aus einer externen API (Application Programming Interface), um Ihnen bestimmte Inhalte innerhalb der App anzuzeigen. Bei diesem Vorgang werden keine personenbezogenen Daten von Ihnen an die API übermittelt. Es handelt sich ausschließlich um den Abruf von öffentlichen, nicht-personenbezogenen Informationen.

5. Keine Cookies oder Tracking-Technologien

LuettelGo verwendet keine Cookies oder andere Tracking-Technologien, um Ihr Nutzungsverhalten zu analysieren oder Sie zu identifizieren.

6. Ihre Rechte

Da LuettelGo keinerlei personenbezogene Daten von Ihnen erhebt, speichert oder verarbeitet, ergeben sich in Bezug auf die Ausübung von Rechten wie Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung oder Widerspruch keine Anhaltspunkte, die von LuettelGo erfüllt werden könnten. Ihre Kontrolle liegt hier ausschließlich bei den Einstellungen Ihres Endgeräts und den Datenschutzbestimmungen der von Ihnen genutzten Betriebssysteme und der darin integrierten Dienste (Google, Apple).

7. Änderungen dieser Datenschutzerklärung

Wir behalten uns vor, diese Datenschutzerklärung bei Bedarf anzupassen, um sie an neue Funktionen oder geänderte rechtliche Anforderungen anzupassen. Die jeweils aktuelle Version finden Sie stets in der App.

Thank you for using LuettelGo! Protecting your privacy is incredibly important to us. This Privacy Policy is designed to transparently explain how LuettelGo handles your data.

1. Principle of Data Minimization

LuettelGo was developed with the principle of data minimization in mind. This means the app does not collect, store, or process any personal data from you. If you agree to the optional push notification service, a device ID will be stored only for this purpose and used.

2. Use of Map Services (Google Maps SDK / Apple Maps SDK)

LuettelGo integrates the Software Development Kits (SDKs) of Google Maps (on Android devices) and Apple Maps (on iOS devices) to display map content.

  • Google Maps SDK: When using the map function on Android devices, Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. Google may, under certain circumstances, process data about your use of the map function (e.g., your IP address) to provide and improve its map services.   • Apple Maps SDK: When using the map function on iOS devices, Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. Apple may, under certain circumstances, process data about your use of the map function to provide and improve its map services. However, LuettelGo itself does not transmit any data to Apple. Please note that we have no control over data collection and processing by Google or Apple.

3. Location Determination (Optional)

LuettelGo offers you the optional ability to display your current location on the map using GPS. This function is solely for your orientation within the app.

  • No Storage or Transmission: Your current location, determined via GPS, is neither stored by LuettelGo nor transmitted to us or any third parties. The location data is processed only locally on your device to display it in the map view. As soon as you close the app or deactivate the location function, this data is discarded.
  • Your Control: You always have full control over your device's location services and can enable or disable them in your smartphone settings.

4. Retrieving Information from an API

LuettelGo retrieves information from an external API (Application Programming Interface) to display certain content within the app. During this process, no personal data from you is transmitted to the API. This exclusively involves retrieving public, non-personal information.

5. No Cookies or Tracking Technologies

LuettelGo uses no cookies or other tracking technologies to analyze your usage behavior or identify you.

6. Your Rights

Since LuettelGo does not collect, store, or process any personal data from you, there are no grounds for LuettelGo to fulfill requests regarding rights such as access, rectification, erasure, or objection. Your control lies solely with your device settings and the privacy policies of the operating systems and integrated services (Google, Apple) you use.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy as needed to adapt it to new functions or changed legal requirements. The most current version will always be available in the app.
